SEVEN ELEMENTS(01660) Completes Acquisition of Tung Wui Securities Limited

SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) announced that, in relation to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Tung Wui Securities Limited (the "Securities Company"), all conditions precedent to the acquisition have been fulfilled, and the acquisition was completed on October 20, 2026. On the completion date, the Securities Company continues to hold a Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity license issued by the SFC under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The applications of the Company and its ultimate beneficial owners to become substantial shareholders of the Securities Company under section 132 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance have been approved by the SFC.
