JIANGXI BANK (01916) announced that the Bank recently received the "Reply of the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Qian Zheng as Chief Compliance Officer of Jiangxi Bank" (Gan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 180) (the Reply). According to the Reply, the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the qualification of Mr. Qian Zheng to serve as the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Qian Zheng has served as the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer since October 14, 2026.
