CREALITY (03388) SPARKX i8 Opens Domestic Pre-Sale, Overseas Crowdfunding Exceeds US$4.63 Million

GMTEight News, October 20 CREALITY (03388)'s multi-color 3D printer SPARKX i8 has opened domestic pre-sale, priced at RMB 2,509. With the Double 11 platform coupons stacked, eligible buyers can get it for as low as RMB 2,199, subject to the platform page and individual coupon collection. The model previously performed explosively in its Indiegogo overseas crowdfunding campaign, with cumulative pledges exceeding US$4.63 million and more than 10,000 backers, setting multiple records in the platform's 3D printing category. On the hardware side, the SPARKX i8 features the self-developed QuarTeks four-channel extrusion system, with color switching in under 1 second. In official tests with a multi-color boat model, its print speed was more than 5 times that of conventional single-nozzle multi-color machines. With the wipe tower mode enabled, it can achieve zero grams of external flushing waste, reducing filament waste from color changes. The device has a build volume of 260260255mm and is equipped with 17 sensors and an AI camera that can identify printing anomalies and automatically pause, lowering the barrier to operation for beginners. On the software ecosystem side, a large number of models on Creality Cloud are already adapted, and AI modeling tools such as CubeMe and SnapForm support uploading images to generate printable 3D models. Industry analysis notes that CREALITY is bringing multi-color printing operation in line with single-color printing, and with its "ecosystem + AI" layout, it is expected to further broaden the mass consumer market.
