Bank of Communications (03328) announced that the Bank recently received the "Reply of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Jin Panshi as an Independent Director of Bank of Communications" (Jin Fu [2026] No. 561). The National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the qualification of Jin Panshi (Mr. Jin) to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Bank, and Mr. Jin has officially assumed the position of independent non-executive director of the Bank.
