KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announces that Mr. Zhu Haoqin (Mr. Zhu) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of each of the audit committee (Audit Committee), the nomination committee (Nomination Committee) and the remuneration committee (Remuneration Committee) of the Company, with effect from 15 October 2026.
