BAIRONG AI-W (06608) plans to establish a fund focused on investments in industries related to the AI industry chain.

BAIRONG AI-W (06608) announces that on October 15, 2026 (after trading hours), Shuke Youxiang, an integrated affiliated entity of the Company, entered into a partnership agreement with CICC Capital and two other limited partners of the Fund in respect of the establishment of the Fund, pursuant to which CICC Capital will serve as the general partner of the Fund, while Shuke Youxiang and the other two limited partners will serve as limited partners of the Fund. The Fund will focus on investments in industries related to the AI industry chain. The Group's business is centered on AI, with its AI Intelligent Contact (AICC) business as the anchor. Leveraging the Group's proprietary vertical foundation models, the AICC business provides intelligent marketing, intelligent operations, and intelligent customer service to clients across multiple industries, including logistics, telecommunications operators, securities, and banking. The Group continuously evaluates investment opportunities in the AI industry chain. The subscription aligns with the Group's AI strategic direction and constitutes an investment arrangement prudently evaluated in accordance with the Group's established procedures, business judgment, and long-term strategic investment plan. Through the investment fund, the Group expects to leverage the professional investment knowledge and experience of CICC Capital (as the fund manager), as well as the industry networks of the other limited partners in the AI field, to expand its access to investment opportunities in Chinese AI startups. The Board believes that the investment fund may create synergies between the Group's AI-centered business and the invested companies and generate long-term investment returns. At the same time, the Group expects that the subscribed capital contribution will not have a material impact on its working capital.
