Zbom Home Collection (603801.SH) plans to inject RMB 200 million in capital into its subsidiary and invest in building a smart manufacturing base project in Thailand.

Zbom Home Collection (603801.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and self-raised funds of RMB 200 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) to increase capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore Zbom. Singapore Zbom plans to invest no more than RMB 200 million to increase capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary Thailand Dezhi, and use it to invest in the construction of a new smart manufacturing base project in Thailand. The project can independently build a flexible production line for custom home furnishings, specifically adapted to overseas product specifications and local building layout standards, release independent overseas production capacity, support the large-scale expansion of its own brand ZBOM in overseas markets, and complete the upgrade from product going global to localized brand operations. By investing in and building this project in Thailand, the company can further enhance its overseas market supply capacity and service level, meet the development needs of overseas markets, improve its competitiveness and service capabilities in overseas markets, and strengthen its competitive position in the global custom home furnishing market.
