Orange Sky Golden Harvest (01132) announced that Ms. Du Yan (Ms. Du) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the remuneration committee of the board of directors, and a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee, due to her wish to devote more time to other business commitments and personal affairs, with effect from 8 October 2026.
