SICHUAN EN INV (01713): Subsidiary enters into the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project EPC General Contracting Contract and Construction Supervision Contract

SICHUAN EN INV (01713) announced that on September 21, 2026, Sichuan Hydropower Group, the project construction units (all subsidiaries of the Company), and other project construction units entered into an EPC general contracting contract with the Construction Group, the Materials Industry Group, and Sichuan Energy Investment Integrated Energy. Accordingly, the Construction Group, the Materials Industry Group, and Sichuan Energy Investment Integrated Energy will respectively provide construction services (including the purchase of other materials), procurement of major equipment and materials, and construction drawing design services for the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project. The project construction units refer to Xuzhou Electric Power, Gaoxian Electric Power, Gongxian Electric Power, Junlian Electric Power, Pingshan Electric Power, and Xingwen Electric Power. The Group will only participate in certain 10 kV and below projects under the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project. Scope of services: design (construction drawing design), construction, and procurement of important equipment and materials for 110 kV projects, 35 kV and above projects, and 10 kV and below projects. On September 21, 2026, Sichuan Hydropower Group, the construction supervision implementation units (all subsidiaries of the Company), and other construction supervision implementation units entered into a construction supervision contract with Sichuan Yilian. Accordingly, Sichuan Yilian will provide construction supervision and related services for the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project. The construction supervision implementation units refer to Xuzhou Electric Power, Gaoxian Electric Power, Gongxian Electric Power, Junlian Electric Power, Pingshan Electric Power, and Xingwen Electric Power. The Group will only participate in the construction supervision of certain 10 kV and below projects under the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project. Scope of services: supervision services for the project design phase, construction phase (including the construction of building works, installation works, and demolition works, equipment testing, equipment and system commissioning, reliability trial operation, acceptance and handover, etc.), and the quality defect liability period, as well as related services as agreed in the construction supervision contract. The 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project refers to the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project of Sichuan Provincial Hydropower Investment and Management Group Co., Ltd., including the construction and renovation of 110 kV projects, 35 kV and above projects, and 10 kV and below projects. According to the Approval of the Feasibility Study Report of the Central Budgetary Investment Project for the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project of Sichuan Provincial Hydropower Investment and Management Group by the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Chuan Fa Gai Neng Yuan [2024] No. 485) and the Notice on Accelerating the Implementation of the Investment Plan for the Self-Raised Capital Projects of the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project of Sichuan Provincial Hydropower Investment and Management Group Co., Ltd. (Chuan Fa Gai Neng Yuan [2025] No. 449), Sichuan Hydropower Group is responsible for organizing the implementation of the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Upgrade Project, and has determined the winning units for the EPC general contracting and construction supervision through public bidding. The entering into of the 2025 rural power grid contracts can implement the design, construction, procurement of major equipment and materials, and construction supervision work of the relevant projects, and will optimize the rural power grid structure in the Group's power supply service areas, improve power supply quality, and serve the economy of rural areas.
