TIANJINJINRAN (01265) announced that the company received a resignation letter from Ms. Ji Xuefeng on September 15, 2026. Due to increasingly heavy personal official duties and full-time work commitments, Ms. Ji Xuefeng found it difficult for her time and energy to fully meet the performance requirements of the company's independent non-executive director position, and therefore tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company. Ms. Ji Xuefeng will leave office after the company elects a new independent non-executive director at a shareholders' meeting. Ms. Ji Xuefeng will also cease to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee of the board of directors and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors upon her departure as a director.
