Baidu Group-W (09888) announced that the previously declared voluntary change of its secondary listing status on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to dual primary listing status has come into effect today. The company is now dual primary listed on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the American Depositary Shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will continue to be convertible.
