MicroPort Cardiac Interventions-B (02160) announced that it expects a delay in the release of its mid-term performance report and mid-term results for 2026, as the board believes the company needs additional time to: (i) determine the background of the owners and their contacts and their relationship with the company; (ii) assess the commercial reasonableness of the leasing terms, including but not limited to rent and security deposits; and (iii) evaluate the reasonableness of additional renovation costs related to the lease and the appropriate accounting treatment.
