MICROPORT NEURO (02172): Delay in the publication of mid-year results for 2026

Microsurgery Brain Science (02172) announced that, due to the following reasons, the mid-term performance and mid-term report for 2026 are expected to be delayed. The reason is that the board believes the company needs additional time to: (a) verify the background of the lessor and their contacts, as well as their relationship with the company's shareholders; (b) assess the reasonableness of the terms of the leasing agreement, including but not limited to the rental and deposit provisions; and (c) evaluate the reasonableness of the additional renovation costs arising from several leased areas under the leasing agreement and their accounting treatment.
