NobiKan (02635) announced that the company recently signed a software sales agreement with a domestic AI chip enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "the partner"), with a total contract value of RMB 50.8 million (including tax). The partner is a leading domestic manufacturer of AI computing chips and intelligent computing infrastructure, whose products are widely used in key industry sectors such as AI data centers, telecommunications, energy, and financial technology.
NUOBIKAN (02635) announced that the company has recently entered into a software sales agreement with a domestic AI chip enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the Partner), with a total contract value of RMB 50.8 million (including tax). The Partner is a leading domestic provider of AI computing power chips and intelligent computing infrastructure, whose products are widely used in critical industry sectors such as AI data centers, telecommunications, energy, and fintech. According to the agreement, the Group will supply the Partner with the following self-developed software products and supporting technical services: (i) NBK Industry Application Platform V2.0 series software (including IoT monitoring subsystem, big data processing subsystem, intelligent monitoring subsystem, intelligent damage assessment subsystem); (ii) GIS Positioning Map Assisted Management System V1.0; (iii) NUOBIKAN Intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation Inspection and Electrical Operation Assistance System V1.0; (iv) AI Operations and Maintenance Big Data Analysis Software; (v) supporting technical services for the above software. With the rapid development of the artificial intelligence industry, the construction of AI infrastructure such as intelligent computing centers is accelerating, and the market demand for highly reliable, intelligent computing facility operations and maintenance, automated inspections, and multimodal data processing software is rapidly increasing. The company believes that the signing of this agreement with the Partner to provide self-developed software and supporting services covering core aspects such as IoT monitoring, big data processing, intelligent inspection, and AI operations and maintenance analysis marks substantial progress in the commercialization of the Group's AI industrial software products in intelligent computing center scenarios, demonstrating the adaptability of related products in AI infrastructure settings and helping to enhance the company's market recognition in relevant fields, laying a solid foundation for the development of similar businesses in the future.
