Hengtai (00197) announced that Ms. Chan Wai Ying has been appointed as (i) an independent non-executive director; (ii) a member of the company's Audit Committee; (iii) a member of the company's Nomination Committee; and (iv) a member of the company's Compensation Committee, effective from August 6, 2026.
