Dr. Yin Du, founder, chairman, and CEO of ZAI LAB, stated: ZAI LAB is entering an exciting new chapter. Over the past few years, we have grown from bringing innovative drugs to Chinese patients to becoming a global biopharmaceutical company developing our own differentiated drugs for patients worldwide. Today, our innovative pipeline is rapidly maturing. In less than two years, we have advanced our potential best-in-class DLL3 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) zocilurtatug pelitecan (zoci) from an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to global Phase 3 clinical studies, and our expanding internally developed product portfolio, including ZL-1503, reinforces our belief that innovation will increasingly be the driving force behind the next phase of ZAI LAB's growth. Meanwhile, we continue to strengthen our commercialization efforts. In this quarter, we further focused on our commercialization priorities, achieving quarter-over-quarter revenue growth and maintaining profitability, thereby laying the foundation for significant growth to resume in 2027. All of these achievements help ZAI LAB create long-term value for patients and shareholders. Dr. Rafael G. Amado, president and global head of R&D at ZAI LAB, expressed: We are thrilled by the progress of our ever-growing global pipeline, with three registrational studies expected to be underway by the end of the year, and we hope to submit our first U.S. market approval application next year. Zoci has demonstrated differentiated characteristics strong systemic and intracranial activity as well as good safety profiles supporting its development in various treatment scenarios for small cell lung cancer and extra-pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma. In the immunology field, ZL-1503 is expected to address both inflammation and itching through dual inhibition of IL-13 and IL-31. Combined with the extended half-life characteristics brought by the YTE modification, we believe its differentiated features could address significant unmet medical needs in one of the largest markets in immunology. We look forward to sharing important clinical updates on these two projects in the second half of this year.
