HAOHAI BIOTEC (06826) announced that its holding subsidiary, Henan Saimeishi Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saimeishi"), recently received the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People's Republic of China" issued by the National Medical Products Administration for its trifocal toric artificial lens product. This product was approved through the National Innovative Medical Management device special approval procedure, making it the first domestically produced trifocal toric artificial lens approved for marketing in China. The product innovatively integrates trifocal diffraction optical design with toric surface astigmatism correction technology, effectively correcting corneal astigmatism while improving distant, intermediate, and near vision for cataract patients, providing a more complete vision solution for patients with corneal astigmatism. Following the recent launches of multifocal aspheric lenses from Henan Universe Artificial Lens Development Co., Ltd. and Saimeishi's trifocal artificial lenses, this product's approval further deepens the company's layout in the high-end refractive artificial lens field.
