Moreover, in the second quarter of this year, the construction volume of private residential units was recorded at approximately 5,600 units, an increase of about 36.6% compared to around 4,100 units in the fourth quarter of last year, with a cumulative total of approximately 9,700 units in the first half of the year. During this period, the completion volume also increased significantly from around 1,600 units to about 6,400 units last quarter, with a cumulative total of approximately 7,900 units in the first half of the year.
