CDB Leasing (01606) announced that the company, as the buyer, entered into a product purchase agreement with Chuangjing Precision Intelligent Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. on July 1, 2026. The seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the procurement subject, with a total price not exceeding 2.5 billion yuan. The procurement subject is information technology computer equipment. The total value of the procurement subject is determined based on the market price of the procurement subject and after an internal evaluation process by the company, the total amount does not exceed 2.5 billion yuan. The seller does not separately account for the pre-tax and after-tax profits of the procurement subject. The product purchase agreement is entered into by the company in the course of its general and daily business processes. Entering into the product purchase agreement is beneficial for fully leveraging the advantages of all parties and increasing the company's market share in the computer equipment leasing market, in line with the company's business development strategy. The directors believe that the terms of the product purchase agreement are fair and reasonable and are in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
