Shenzhen Nanshan Power (000037.SZ) announced that on June 30, 2026, it signed a "Cooperation Agreement on the Establishment of Shennan Electric Mountain High Intelligent Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." with Shandong Hi-speed (Shenzhen) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Hi-speed Shenzhen Company"). The agreement involves both parties jointly investing to establish Shennan Electric Mountain High Intelligent Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shennan Electric Intelligence Energy Company"; provisional name, final name subject to approval by the registering authority), to carry out business activities in the field of new energy and energy storage. The proposed holding subsidiary will serve as a core cooperation platform for the company and Shandong Hi-speed Shenzhen Company to invest, operate, and manage in the field of new energy and energy storage industry. This move is intended to enhance the company's market competitiveness and promote its transformation and development.
