NEUTECH GROUP(09616): Ruixin Cloud receives 8 million yuan capital injection from Rui Xin Health and Wang Xinghui.

NEUTECH GROUP (09616) announced that on November 24, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Ruizhin Healthcare, Mr. Wang Xinghui, and Ruizhin Cloud entered into a capital contribution agreement. Ruizhin Healthcare and Mr. Wang agreed to contribute RMB 5 million and RMB 3 million in cash to Ruizhin Cloud respectively. Following the completion of the contributions, the registered capital of Ruizhin Cloud increased from RMB 2 million to RMB 10 million, with Ruizhin Healthcare, Mr. Wang, and Dr. Wen holding 50%, 34%, and 16% respectively. The contribution by Ruizhin Healthcare is part of the Group's strategic development plan to explore and expand its eldercare business, aimed at raising funds for Ruizhin Cloud to operate its urban-level smart eldercare platform. This platform will drive the digital transformation of traditional eldercare institutions and provide convenient essential products and services for the elderly. Building on its education business, the Group has established an integrated digital fusion ecosystem of "Education, Medical Care, and Elderly Care" in China. Through its investment in Ruizhin Cloud and operation of the urban-level smart eldercare platform, the Group will significantly deepen its presence in the eldercare industry, expanding its customer base from students to the elderly and uncovering new revenue streams to create sustainable business growth.
