GREENHEART GP (00094): Li Zhixuan appointed as non-executive director.

GREENHEART GP (00094) announced that Mr. Liu Haoshi has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, in order to focus more on his personal affairs, effective from July 1, 2026; and Mr. Li Guoheng has also submitted his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, in order to devote more time to his personal affairs, effective from July 1, 2026. Starting from July 1, 2026, Mr. Li Zhixuan has been appointed as a non-executive director and will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee respectively.
