TRANSCENTA-B (06628) announcement, at the shareholder's annual meeting, Dr. Xu Hansheng was elected as a non-executive director of the company, effective from June 30, 2026. Dr. Kumar Srinivasan and Mr. Zhang Zhihua have resigned as independent non-executive directors of the company, effective from June 30, 2026. After their respective resignations as independent non-executive directors, (i) Dr. Kumar Srinivasan will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Zhang Zhihua will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee.
