LEADER EDU (01449): Huang Kaiying will be appointed as the company secretary
The notice published by Li Dak Education (01449) stated that Mr. Zhang Shize has resigned from the company as secretary and as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from July 1, 2026.
LEADER EDU (01449) announced that Mr. Zhang Shize has resigned and will step down from the positions of Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and Authorized Representative for receiving legal process and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) on behalf of the company, effective from July 1, 2026.
Ms. Huang Kaiying will be appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative for the Stock Exchange, and Authorized Representative under Part 16, effective from July 1, 2026.
