Superman Intelligence (08176) announced that Mr. Feng Zheng and Mr. Xue Wei have resigned from their positions as executive directors and independent non-executive directors, respectively. Mr. Chen Guanfa has been appointed as an executive director, effective from June 30, 2026. In addition, Mr. Chen Guanfa has been appointed as the chairman and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective from June 30, 2026.
