CICC (03908) plans to issue perpetual subordinated bonds not exceeding 4 billion yuan

CICC (03908) has announced that China International Capital Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer," "Company," or "CICC") has publicly issued perpetual subordinated bonds not exceeding RMB 20 billion (inclusive of RMB 20 billion) for professional investors, which have been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC permit [2025] No. 2290). The Issuer has adopted a phased issuance approach for the bonds, with China International Capital Corporation Limited issuing perpetual subordinated bonds to professional investors in 2026 (Phase Three) not exceeding RMB 4 billion (including RMB 4 billion). These bonds are referred to as "26CICC Y3," with a bond code of 244848.
