The Hand-kai Group (02621) announced that the Group is expected to achieve a net profit ranging from RMB 780 million to RMB 800 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss increase ranging from RMB 916 million to RMB 936 million in the fiscal year 2024. The Board of Directors believes that the main reason for the change in net profit expectations is the change in fair value income of financial instruments issued to investors in the fiscal year 2025 compared to an increase in fair value loss of RMB 964 million in the fiscal year 2024.
