On the news front, on December 15, TIMES CHINA announced that the matter related to the winding-up petition against the company and the adjournment of the hearing have been withdrawn. After all parties agreed to jointly apply for a summon, the High Court issued an order on December 15, 2025 to dismiss the petition. As of the date of the announcement, there were no pending winding-up petitions against the company.
