BRAINAURORA-B (06681) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Brain Dynamics Medical Technology (Macau) Limited (Brain Dynamics Macau), has recently signed a "Brain Health Digital AI Technology Service Cooperation Agreement" with Macau Jinghu Hospital. The two parties will establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship in the Macau region focusing on digital screening, assessment, training and comprehensive health management for cognitive disorders, jointly building a new model of brain health services covering the "hospital-community-home" chain. According to the agreement, the cooperation will focus on the following core contents: 1. Establishing a "Brain Health Center" and service system: Based on the group's "663 Brain Science Brain Health Cloud Service" platform, the two parties will set up and operate a "Brain Health Center" within Jinghu Hospital. This center will provide a one-stop service from early screening, precise assessment, to digital cognitive training and follow-up, building a full-cycle management model of "early screening-precise diagnosis-multidisciplinary intervention-community home extension" within Jinghu Hospital. 2. Providing diagnosis and treatment services covering all age groups: The service targets include individuals aged 60 and above at risk for cognitive impairment and patients, as well as children aged 3 to 18 with neurodevelopmental disorders. Digital therapy services can be provided in-hospital or at home based on doctor's prescriptions. 3. Ensuring data security and compliance: All data generated from the services will strictly adhere to Macau's relevant laws and regulations, with server deployment and data storage carried out locally in Macau to achieve complete data localization and ensure data security and compliance. 4. Collaborating on scientific research and academic exchange: The two parties will integrate resources from mainland China and Macau experts to jointly promote the construction of a brain health medical center and conduct related clinical research and cooperation, enhancing regional academic influence. The Board believes that this cooperation holds the following strategic significance for the group: 1. Setting a benchmark and expanding into the Bay Area market: By partnering with one of the most influential private hospitals in Macau, the group has successfully established the first benchmark project for digital therapy in the Hong Kong-Macau region, providing a replicable demonstration model for future expansion in other cities in the Greater Bay Area. 2. Accumulating high-quality real-world data for further scientific research on cognitive function disorders: By providing systematic brain health services to Macau residents, the group will accumulate valuable clinical and application data together with Jinghu Hospital. These data assets that meet international standards will enhance the algorithm optimization and product iteration of cognitive function disorder diagnosis and treatment services in Macau, further advancing disease diagnosis and treatment scientific research with Jinghu Hospital, consolidating the group's technical leadership in providing cognitive diagnosis and treatment services for local residents and providing better diagnosis and treatment services for Macau residents. 3. Creating social and economic benefits: This cooperation directly addresses the urgent health needs of Macau society, potentially reducing the incidence of severe dementia through early intervention and alleviating the overall social disease burden. Additionally, this cooperation will bring sustainable service income to the group and explore new growth points. 4. Strengthening the industry-university-research alliance network: This cooperation further enriches the ecological alliance jointly built by the group and authoritative medical institutions, forming synergy with the national-level project cooperation recently reached with the National Rehabilitation Aids Research Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, promoting the standardization and scale application of cognitive digital therapy together.
