Longi Hydroelectrical Corporation's IPO application in the United States has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On December 12th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a "Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing Record of LONDIAN WASON NEW ENERGY TECH INC." The company submitted materials for overseas issuance and listing through its domestic operating entity Longdian Huaxin (Shenzhen) Holding Group Co., Ltd., intending to issue no more than 141,589,386 common shares and list them on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange or New York Stock Exchange in the United States.
