The company submitted materials for overseas issuance and listing through its domestic operating entity Longdian Huaxin (Shenzhen) Holding Group Co., Ltd., intending to issue no more than 141,589,386 common shares and list them on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange or New York Stock Exchange in the United States.
