Fuyao Glass (03606) announced that in order to improve the efficiency of the company's fund utilization and increase fund returns, while ensuring the normal operation and fund safety of the company, the company plans to use temporarily idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. The company plans to use up to 2 billion yuan of temporarily idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. Within the limit and term, the funds can be rolled over for use, and the transaction amount at any point in time within the term (including the relevant amount of reinvestment of the aforementioned investment income) does not exceed the aforementioned amount.
