BASIC H NEWLIFE (08360) plans to spend HK $5 million to acquire Hong Kong property

Simple New Life (08360) announced that on March 14, 2026, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Wall Decoration Design Limited, intends to acquire a residential property located at Unit 7, 6th Floor, Man Fai House, 41 Man Yuen Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong from Mr. Tao Qiu and Ms. Zhong Xiuyuan for 5 million Hong Kong dollars.

BASIC H NEWLIFE (08360) announced on March 14, 2026, that the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Gold Wall Decoration Design Limited, intends to acquire a residential property located at Unit 7 on the 6th floor of Man Fai Building, 41 Man Yuen Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong from Mr. Dao Qiu and Ms. Zhong Xiujuan for a price of HK$5 million. Since the end of 2024, the company has been advancing its business development strategy in the real estate and "simple housing" leasing and related management services market through property acquisitions, subletting or cooperation, in order to expand its business scope. The directors believe that the acquisition is in line with the group's business development strategy.

SEM Holdings (09929) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of approximately HK$19.8 million for the year, compared to a profit last year.

SMOORE INTL (06969) will distribute a final dividend of HK$0.2 per share on June 18th.

CHINA NEW HLDGS (08125) subsidiary intends to sell all the equity of Rende Construction Equipment.
