SEM Holdings (09929) has announced that it expects a net loss of approximately 19.8 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending on December 31, 2025, compared to a net profit of approximately 3.8 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending on December 31, 2024. The announcement stated that the shift from profit to loss is mainly attributed to a decrease in gross profit margin for the year ending on December 31, 2025 compared to the year ending on December 31, 2024, as well as an increase in administrative expenses.
