Luxin Venture Capital Group (600783.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Province High-tech Entrepreneurship Investment Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong High-tech Investment") intends to transfer the 12,940,574 shares of Shandong Tianyi Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyi Chemical" or "the target company") it holds to Weifang Yaxing Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600319, hereinafter referred to as "Weifang Yaxing Chemical"). The transaction will be conducted in exchange for shares issued by Weifang Yaxing Chemical and cash, which will enhance the liquidity of the company's assets.
