The following characteristics can be observed from the situation in October:
1. Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, ranked by compliance rate (the percentage of orders where both the driver and the vehicle have obtained permits), the order compliance rates are as follows in descending order: Fengyun Travel, CHENQI TECH, Jishi Car Rental, Enjoy Road Travel, Xixing Carpooling, T3 Travel, Sunshine Travel, CAOCAO INC, Didi Travel, and Huaxiaozhu Travel. The month-on-month growth in order compliance rate from highest to lowest are Huaxiaozhu Travel, Fengyun Travel, Jishi Car Rental, and the decrease in order compliance rate from highest to lowest are Didi Travel (-0.8%), and Sunshine Travel (-2.7%).
Among them, platforms that provide services to passengers jointly with online car-hailing platform companies (commonly known as online car-hailing aggregation platforms) completed 277 million orders, with a 6.7% month-on-month increase. Ranked by compliance rate in descending order are Huaxiaozhu Travel, Didi Travel, Gaode Taxi, Baidu Taxi, Tencent Travel, Meituan Taxi, and Ctrip Car Rental.

In major central cities, ranked by compliance rate in descending order are Xiamen, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Nanjing, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Guiyang, Nanning, Hefei, Jinan, Chongqing, Tianjin, Changchun, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Xining, Hohhot, Shijiazhuang, Dalian, Taiyuan, Lhasa, Haikou, Urumqi, Kunming, Wuhan, Shanghai, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Harbin, Xi'an, Shenyang, and Beijing. Among them, the compliance rate of orders in 27 cities including Xiamen, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Nanjing, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Guiyang, Nanning, Hefei, Jinan, Chongqing, Tianjin, Changchun, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Xining, Hohhot, Shijiazhuang, Dalian, Taiyuan, Lhasa, Haikou, and Urumqi is above 80%.
