JD.com's industrial division has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Enfu (China) to deepen the smart supply chain layout in the fastener industry.
On November 7, 2025, JD Industrial and NOK (China) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the 8th China International Import Expo and announced the simultaneous launch of NOK's official flagship store on JD.com. As leading companies in their respective fields, this strategic cooperation marks a further deepening of JD Industrial's layout in the fastener industry. Both parties will leverage JD Industrial's data and reality integrated industrial supply chain system to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement for industrial customers, and support the digital transformation and upgrade of the fastener industry supply chain.
NOK (China) is a joint venture between Japan's NOK Corporation and Germany's CORTEC Group, with a century-old accumulation of sealing technology. It owns several well-known brands such as NOK, CFW, and Simrit, covering a full range of sealing solutions including oil seals, O-rings, hydraulic and pneumatic seals, widely used in key industries such as automotive and general industry. NOK (China) always focuses on serving the Chinese market and is committed to promoting the digital transformation of the sealing industry.
JD Industrial is a provider of industrial supply chain technology and service solutions under JD Group, serving the industrial manufacturing sector for the long-term transformation of supply chain digitization. It has solid and complete digital infrastructure capabilities, advanced supply chain technology capabilities, and mature operational experience, serving approximately 11,000 large enterprises and millions of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as providing end-to-end overseas industrial supply chain services for Chinese enterprises going global, multinational companies, and large overseas local enterprises.
Fasteners are a type of mechanical part used for fastening connections in industrial production, widely used in industries such as construction, machinery, electricity, railways, highways, transportation, communication, furniture, and home appliances, often referred to as the "rice of industry". With the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing, the upgrading of fastener products and the growing market demand, fastener procurement has long faced challenges such as complex supply chains, low service efficiency, and low precision in supply and demand matching.
Based on the strategic cooperation between the two parties, JD Industrial and NOK (China) will work together to build a more complete and efficient supply chain cooperation model, improving supply coordination efficiency, and providing professional and reliable fastener digital procurement services for large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, professional users, and individual consumers on JD Industrial. This will enhance supply chain stability, market response speed, and service capabilities, meeting the diverse procurement needs of customers. NOK (China) will fully integrate JD's platform resources with its professional advantages in sealing technology to further expand its online business presence and enhance customer service capabilities.
The latest NOK JD self-operated flagship store launched on JD Hardware City initially includes NOK's latest products such as oil seals, O-rings, piston rod seals, and dust seals, all in self-operated warehouses, with quick delivery through JD's strong logistics network supporting same-day or next-day delivery, ensuring timeliness and reliability. For clients, "the official launch of NOK (China) on the JD platform marks a significant milestone in NOK's digital development. Clients can now easily order NOK products by searching for 'NOK China Official Flagship Store' on the JD app, regardless of their location or product needs," said Ms. Wang Lei, General Manager of NOK (China) Industrial.
Mr. Huang Mingxi, President of NOK (China), said, "NOK has always put customers first and attached great importance to our commitments and deliveries to them. This is also a key reason why we chose to open the NOK JD self-operated flagship store on the JD Industrial platform. NOK has been committed to providing diverse and intelligent procurement paths for more customers. We will continue to focus on innovation, promote the deep integration of digital sales and smart manufacturing, and contribute to the establishment of a green and sustainable industrial chain."
JD Industrial's responsible person stated that the handshake between JD Industrial's digital supply chain and NOK's century-old sealing technology will efficiently and flexibly deliver high-quality and high-standard products to the front line of industry with its efficient and flexible platform capabilities, continuously empowering the resilience upgrade and green transformation of Chinese manufacturing.
As an industrial supply chain technology and service enterprise that understands both the industry and digitalization, as well as China's leading industrial procurement service platform, JD Industrial has long been deeply involved in the fastener field, actively building a digitalized supply chain linking supply and demand ends efficiently and promoting industry transformation and upgrading. In 2025, JD Industrial's fastener category achieved rapid growth in brand and product numbers, purchasing customers, and transaction volume, becoming the preferred platform for digital procurement of fasteners in many industries.
