CONCORD HC GP(02453) gains controlling shareholder's pledged shares.

CONCORD HC GP (02453) announced that Shanghai Medical Star has pledged a total of 23.07 million shares of the company's domestic shares, 64.10 million shares of the company's domestic shares, and 8.9673 million shares of the company's domestic shares as collateral for a loan financing of up to RMB 500 million (pledged shares) with Zhongcheng as the beneficiary. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan agreement on the pledged shares and additional pledged shares entered into by the company with Zhongcheng on July 10, 2024, and in order to further guarantee the company's obligations under the loan agreement, on November 4, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder, Beijing Taihe Cheng, agreed to additionally pledge all of its 35.6023 million H shares of the company held directly to Zhongcheng as the beneficiary. As of the date of this announcement, the company's H shares pledged by Beijing Taihe Cheng collectively account for approximately 4.54% of the total number of issued shares of the company.
