JANCO HOLDINGS (08035) announced that Chan & Co. Accountants (Hong Kong) Limited has submitted their resignation letter dated October 10, 2025, as the company's auditors. As a result, Chan & Co. has resigned from the position of the company's auditor with immediate effect, due to the inability to reach an agreement on the audit fee for the comprehensive financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries (Group) for the year ended December 31, 2025. Considering that several audit proposals from other professional accounting firms are more competitive, the board of directors and the company's audit committee believe that changing auditors will enhance the cost effectiveness of the company's audit work.
