Shanghai Kehua Bio-engineering (002022.SZ) announced that the company has recently received a medical device registration certificate (in vitro diagnostic reagent) from the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration. The product involved is the ferritin assay kit (latex immunoturbidimetric method), used by medical institutions for quantitative determination of ferritin (FER) content in human serum and plasma samples. It is mainly used clinically for iron metabolism-related diseases, such as hemosiderosis and auxiliary diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.
