TOT BIOPHARM-B (01875) appointed Sun Hui, Zhang Qing, and Gu Xuelin as independent non-executive directors.

TOT BIOPHARM-B (01875) announced that as of March 12, 2025, Ms. Hu Lan has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit and related party transactions review committee, and member of the nomination committee due to the completion of her three-year term and her desire to focus more on other matters. Mr. Zhang Hongren has also resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit and related party transactions review committee, and member of the remuneration committee for the same reasons. Dr. Wang Deqian has also resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director, member of the remuneration committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the strategy and ESG committee for the same reasons. In addition, Ms. Sun Hui, Mr. Zhang Ke, and Dr. Gu Xuelin have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. Ms. Sun Hui has been appointed as chairman of the audit and related party transactions review committee and member of the nomination committee; Mr. Zhang Ke has been appointed as member of the audit and related party transactions review committee and member of the remuneration committee; and Dr. Gu Xuelin has been appointed as member of the remuneration committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the strategy and ESG committee, all effective as of March 12, 2025.
