WAI HUNG GROUP (03321): Chen Jianyu has been appointed as executive director.

Wai Hung Group (03321) announced that Bohra Shilpa Rajesh has resigned as an executive director with effect from March 12, 2025, in order to dedicate more time to other business commitments. Effective from March 12, 2025, (i) Chen Jianyu has been appointed as an executive director; (ii) Mak Wai Ting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee; and (iii) Executive Director Qu Zhifeng has been reassigned as a member of the Nomination Committee.
