Dayu Irrigation Group (300021.SZ): Consortium wins a bid for a 387 million yuan modernization and integrated development project in Qingshan Irrigation District, Linli County.

Dayu Irrigation Group (300021.SZ) announced that on March 12, 2025, the Public Resource Trading Service Platform of Changde City, Hunan Province, released the bid evaluation results for the modernization and integrated development project of the Qingshan Irrigation District in Linli County. The fully-owned subsidiary, Gansu Dayu Irrigation Group Water and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd., along with Hunan Jinde Construction Co., Ltd. (the lead member of the consortium) and Huijie Design Group Co., Ltd., formed a consortium and became the first candidate for the bid of the Qingshan Irrigation District modernization and integrated development project, with a bid amount of 387 million RMB. According to the agreement of the consortium, the hydropower company is responsible for the Grain Main Producing Area in Guanting Irrigation District: constructing new measurement and control water gates, small-scale diversion gates, and flow metering devices, enhancing corresponding information technology construction, as well as constructing and renovating pump stations, building high-level water tanks, and laying pipelines in Kemu Mountain Township economic woodland fruit area, and supporting related ancillary facilities and information technology construction. This pre-winning bid project is an important achievement for the company to firmly implement the national rural revitalization and food security strategy, and to promote the "Three Agri" strategy concept. It is also a concentrated reflection of the company's capability to participate in the construction of modernized irrigation districts in Hunan Province. The project aims to reduce adverse environmental impacts through the implementation of water-saving irrigation and water resource management measures, thereby supporting sustainable development and aligning with the company's development strategy. The successful bidding and implementation of this project in the future will help the company enhance its technical level in the construction of modernized large and medium-sized irrigation districts, as well as its ability in operation and maintenance of modernized irrigation districts.
