YIBIN BANK (02596) announced that at the temporary shareholders' meeting, the proposal to reappoint Tianjian Accounting Firm as the domestic auditor for the bank for the year 2024, and to appoint Tianjian International Accounting Firm Limited as the international auditor for the bank for the year 2024, have both been approved by the shareholders. Their tenure will last until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting of the bank.
