CN CULTURE GP (00745) announces that as of the record date, there are no disqualified shareholders, therefore there are no unsold shares for subscription by disqualified shareholders. As of February 27, 2025 (Thursday) at 4:00 pm (the final deadline), a total of 75,628,000 shares have been subscribed for (equivalent to approximately 48.4% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the rights issue) in a total of 11 valid acceptances. The remaining 80,613,000 shares of unsold shares for subscription (equivalent to approximately 51.6% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the rights issue) will be subject to the compensation arrangement.
