ABBISKO-B (02256) announces that the Board of Directors has been informed by Dr. Xu Yaochang, the company's founder, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board, that he purchased a total of 45,000 ordinary shares of the company on the open market on 4th March 2025 at an average price of approximately HK$6.48 per share, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the company. Following the purchase, Dr. Xu Yaochang holds a total of 79.948 million shares, representing approximately 11.76% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement.
According to Dr. Xu Yaochang, he is confident in the group's business prospects and growth. Subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, Dr. Xu Yaochang does not rule out the possibility of further increasing his shareholding in the company at an appropriate time.
