ACESO LIFE SCI (00474) announced that on July 15, 2025, the seller (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Haotian Industrial Management (China) Limited) sold a total of 569 million shares of Haotian International Construction Investment Limited on the open market through the Stock Exchange, at a total price of approximately HK $132 million (excluding stamp duty and related expenses). The average selling price per share of Haotian International Construction Investment Limited is approximately HK $0.232. The total price of the sale is based on the prevailing market price of Haotian International Construction Investment Limited at the time of the sale transaction.
