NEW SILKROAD (00472) issues profit warning, expecting shareholders' annual loss to increase to approximately HK$170-190 million, a year-on-year expansion.

NEW SILKROAD (00472) announced that compared to the group's owners' loss of approximately 82.3 million Hong Kong dollars in 2023, it is expected that the full-year group owners' loss as of December 31, 2024 will be between 170 million and 190 million Hong Kong dollars, mainly attributable to losses from the sale or disposal of subsidiary companies; and losses from the sale or disposal of business operations during the year.
