RUIHE DATA (03680) announces that Mr. Chen Zhenping has resigned as a non-executive director effective from March 4, 2025; Mr. Yang Haifeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; Dr. Jin Yong has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee and nomination committee; Mr. Fei Xiang has been transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director; Mr. Sun Dexin has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Wei Junheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee; and Dr. Tian Yu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
