MODERN LAND (01107) announced that, effective from March 4, 2025: Tang Lunfei has resigned as a non-executive director; Cui Jian has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and environmental, social and governance committee; Han Shuchang has been appointed as a non-executive director; Zhu Caiqing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee; Liang Baiqiang has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal representative; and Huang Junlang has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal representative.
