PLATT NERA (01949) announced that on March 3, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Winona Semiconductor Limited, plans to acquire eight sets of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Long Crystal Furnaces from Jiangsu Zhuoyuan Semiconductor Limited at a total cost of 12 million yuan.

Wells Advanced Materials (301555.SZ) shareholders, Xinuo New Materials and Xinuo Xinshan, have collectively reduced their holdings by 1.8424 million shares.

Sinofibers Technology (300777.SZ) shareholder Huatai Investment intends to transfer 22.393 million shares to Sinopec Capital under an agreement.
